Today was not a good day. We had to lay off over 1oo people at work. I had to lose one of my employees in this. While it seems like this is such a small number in the face of the thousands that other companies are laying off, it still doesn't make it easier to know others have it harder. I've never had to have a conversation like that before. I hope I never have to again either.
